Here you can test drive the Prince William County ePermits system. Currently, the system is designed for Residential Trade Permits (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and gas permits) that do not require a plan review submission/approval. You can create permit applications and get a feel for the ease and simplicity of electronic permitting.
You can access this demo system by clicking on the Login link above. When prompted to login, you should enter a User Name and password that you will remember. Your demo account will remain valid for up to 30 days.
Builders and, Trade Contractors, and Planners. They can all use this system to rapidly apply for residential mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits from the convenience of their own home or office. No longer do they need to come to the County office to apply. They receive the service they need, WHEN they need it, and WHERE they need it.
